American Pale Ale (APA) – light ale with a distinct aroma and bitterness of citrus and fruit hops. The uniqueness of this beer is granted by the synthesis of Cascade, Citra, Melon and Strawberry hops.

It has a rather versatile taste when it comes to dishes, but goes especially well with fried or grilled meat, cheddar cheese and even apple pie.
