Beer brewed only from 100% barley malt. In the process of brewing gluten is removed from the beer and it remains in the final product to a maximum of 10 ppm (less than 10 parts per million (used for short term - 10 ppm)), this beer surveys conducted by an independent laboratory in Italy.
