The beer is brewed using two kinds of malt: Viking Pilsner Malt, Caramel Barley Malt. Hops of the Citra, Cascade, Yelow Sub breeds provide bitterness and aroma. This beer is fermented with high-fermenting yeast. The beer’s flavour has more bitterness than usual, which is softened by aromas obtained from the malt and hops in the high temperature of fermentation.
