Filtered Wheat Beer, 5% ABV

This style of beer is brewed with no less than 50% malted wheat. It lacks the yeast flavor and offers a cleaner and fresher mouthfeel compared to Hefeweizen-style wheat beer.

This beer typical of southern Germany, it is filtered to remove yeast and the proteins characteristic of wheat beer, yet retains a subtle banana peel aftertaste.

Ingredients: Water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops.
